Happy Father's Day!!

Since today is Father's Day...I just wanted to take you back to the moment Scott became a father..(or we both became parents..whichever..!)

we welcomed Evan..six years ago..

and on November 19th, 2009 we found out we were having #2..Olivia..

and she came in April of 2010..

Parenting isn't for the weak at heart..we found that out after the fact. 

I think we did have several people try to tell us that in several glances, looks, and quiet expressions..but, don't we all  find out on our own..?!!

Today...

We went to eat Bird Dog B.B.Q..and yes, it was filled to the brim with several families celebrating Father's Day..!

Then we went bowling..

..she was super proud..even though the ball was almost stopped right behind her..lol!!

Fun day..but, with a 3 year old and 6 year old..it only lasts so long!!

We love you Scott..and you know we'd be bored out of our minds without these two children..and all their drama..and all their smiles, kisses, hugs, tears...etc. Our life has been wrecked in such a beautiful way. God is good..and he has been teaching us to enjoy those tender moments with these two kiddos..hard as  it may be..it's for our benefit they are here..not the other way around!!
