ahh...it's December already! How in the world did that happen?!!
Life with kids seems to move so much more exponetially doesn't it..?!!
Sigh..so much to do..so little time!!
That's why I love getting pictures done. It captures all of us in the moment and it holds that memory in place. (It's a bonus, too, when we can all look our best!)
We had a very quiet and peaceful Thanksgiving here. No people over, no rushing to and fro, and just enough heavy food for one meal to get tired of!!
And, trying to get ready for the craft fair this weekend..trying..!!
Other than that..I'm your average boring person. No frills, no glory, just me..and I like it that way!!
So, here is your list of 10 useless things about me that you will probably not find very useful:
1. I am an introvert with extroverted charecteristics. Meaning that I like my space, boundaries and freedom from any or all people. Having children has made that insanely difficult, but I am slowly getting my time back..and as a result I'm slowly coming out of my shell and ok to be around people.
2. I don't call everyone my friend. This word is reserved for those who can withstand my introvertedness and ask me to do something. Other than that I feel no need to leave my space!
3. I don't waste my time judging people. You can ask my husband this, because he always thinks that is what people usually think of me at first. Funny thing is, I find several people judge me quickly and very harshly.
4. I have a son who is slightly austistic. And I know most of you know, but what you don't know is that there is a very large part of me that died with that diagnosis. I don't know if I'll ever be the same person in a room full of people or making friends or just plain being normal.
5. I am the youngest of 8.
6. I do NOT like to compete with people for any reason. I would rather let people win.
7. I do not weigh myself. I spent the first 20 years of my life being a size "0" and I hated it. I wanted to be curvy..and I now am. (I do want to get rid of the lovely muffin top, though..so, I hit the gym..!)
8. I have awful sinuses! I had to change a shirt today because it had a little bit of perfume. Gives me a head-ache really fast. Love to wear perfume, though!!
9. I get overwhelmed by facebook.
10. I have no idea what I am to do with a twitter account!!
So, here you are..sad little tid-bits about me that you could have lived without I suppose..!
And happy December to all of you!! Christmas is a beautiful holiday and I love to enjoy it in my children's eyes. I love the very fact that this one man was born in Bethlehem and died on Easter. Two things not one person in the world has ever had control over..!! It racks my brain thinking it over...!
